- 1 - whole chicken
- 3 stalks celery chopped
- 1 - onion quarted
- 2 to 3 - carrots chopped
- - s & p to taste
How To Make grandma russell"s chicken stock

Step 1Place chicken, celery, onion, and carrots in a large stock pot. Cover with water and bring to a rolling boil.

Step 2Skim off excess fat reduce heat and simmer and cook 2 to 3 hours.

Step 3Remove chicken and vegetables strain soup using cheese cloth.
