Ingredients

  • 6 lb
    chicken leg quarters
  • 12 clove
    garlic - chopped fine
  • 4 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 Tbsp
    course sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    smoked paprika
  • 1 large
    lemon - zested and juiced

How to Make Fireman Bob's Simple Garlic Chicken my way...

Step-by-Step

  1. In a Large bowl, combine the oil with the chicken, then add the remainder of ingredients
  2. Cover with foil and place in fridge for 2 hours
  3. On your HOT grill, place chicken and let cook for 2 minutes on each side, then turn grill to low and allow the chicken to cook till juices run clear, about 30 to 40 minutes, turning occasionally to prevent burning.
  4. Serve with a green salad and crusty bread...
