How to Make Filetes de Pollo ala Naranja (Chicken with Orange)
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and saute until cooked through, about 5-8 minutes, turning once.
- Meanwhile, crush the garlic along with the nutmeg in a mortar and pestle. Add to the chicken along with the orange juice. Cook until the juice cooks out, about 5 minutes. Season with salt.
