Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cup corn flake crumbs
- 3 teaspoons chipotle chili powder, found in international aisles
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
- 12 - bone in chicken thighs
How To Make easy crunchy chili chicken

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Lightlty spray 2 baking sheets w/ cooking spray. In shallow bowl, mix together crumbs, chili powder, cumin and garlic salt.

Step 2Pour milk into another shallow bowl. Dip each thigh into milk, then roll in crumb mix, making sure chicken is covered in crumbs.

Step 3Place chicken on baking sheets. Bake about 50 mins, or until crispy.
