Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked, cubed chicken breast
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 6 ounces plain, low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup sliced scallions
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
How To Make creamy, crunchy chicken casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Lightly spray a lg casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, stir together chicken, celery, red bell pepper, cheese, soup, yogurt, scallions, lemon juice and pepper.

Step 2Spoon into casserole dish. In another bowl, stir together cornflakes and almonds. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered 30 mins.
