I marinated chicken over night in Olive Oil , Apple Cider Vinegar & Fresh squeezed Lemon Juice. Lemon juice really adds "flavor" to the chicken . This eliminates using egg or milk for coating Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs/ or bread crumbs of your choice
  • 1/2 c
    parmigiana cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    sage , thyme , celery salt
  • 1 tsp
    each / paprika, ginger, curry, garlic powder
  • 10-12
    chicken tenders (can use legs or thighs too)

How to Make Chicken Tenders

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover baking pan with aluminum foil sprayed well with Oil. Put all dry ingredients in bag & shake to mix , coat one piece at a time, (don't crowd pan) Spray again while in pan with Olive Oil
  2. Bake 15 min . Spray oil on pieces then turn over & bake another 12 min , until golden brown.
