I marinated chicken over night in Olive Oil , Apple Cider Vinegar & Fresh squeezed Lemon Juice. Lemon juice really adds "flavor" to the chicken . This eliminates using egg or milk for coating Chicken

- 1 cup panko bread crumbs/ or bread crumbs of your choice
- 1/2 cup parmigiana cheese
- 1 tablespoon sage , thyme , celery salt
- 1 teaspoon each / paprika, ginger, curry, garlic powder
- 10-12 - chicken tenders (can use legs or thighs too)
How To Make chicken tenders

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover baking pan with aluminum foil sprayed well with Oil. Put all dry ingredients in bag & shake to mix , coat one piece at a time, (don't crowd pan) Spray again while in pan with Olive Oil

Step 2Bake 15 min . Spray oil on pieces then turn over & bake another 12 min , until golden brown.
