CHICKEN CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE

6 smallboneless skinless chicken breasts
6 slicedeli fresh smoked ham
6 sliceextra thin swiss cheese
2 ctightly packed baby spinach leaves
1red pepper, cut into strips
1 can(s)(10-3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2 csour cream
1 Tbspgrey poupon dijon mustard
1 ccroutons, coarsely crushed
How to Make CHICKEN CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE
- Place the chicken breasts in a 13x9" sprayed baking dish; top with ham, cheese, spinach and peppers.
- In a medium bowl, mix soup, sour cream and mustard until blended. Spoon over ingredients in baking dish; spread to evenly cover all ingredients. Top with crushed croutons.
- Bake in a preheated 400º oven for 25 minutes or until chicken is done and remaining ingredients are heated through. Serve over hot cooked rice.
