Ingredients
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 6 slices deli fresh smoked ham
- 6 slices extra thin swiss cheese
- 2 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
- 1 - red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon grey poupon dijon mustard
- 1 cup croutons, coarsely crushed
How To Make chicken cordon bleu casserole

Step 1Place the chicken breasts in a 13x9" sprayed baking dish; top with ham, cheese, spinach and peppers.

Step 2In a medium bowl, mix soup, sour cream and mustard until blended. Spoon over ingredients in baking dish; spread to evenly cover all ingredients. Top with crushed croutons.

Step 3Bake in a preheated 400º oven for 25 minutes or until chicken is done and remaining ingredients are heated through. Serve over hot cooked rice.
