Ingredients

  • 6 small
    boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slice
    deli fresh smoked ham
  • 6 slice
    extra thin swiss cheese
  • 2 c
    tightly packed baby spinach leaves
  • 1
    red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 can(s)
    (10-3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    grey poupon dijon mustard
  • 1 c
    croutons, coarsely crushed

How to Make CHICKEN CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a 13x9" sprayed baking dish; top with ham, cheese, spinach and peppers.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix soup, sour cream and mustard until blended. Spoon over ingredients in baking dish; spread to evenly cover all ingredients. Top with crushed croutons.
  3. Bake in a preheated 400º oven for 25 minutes or until chicken is done and remaining ingredients are heated through. Serve over hot cooked rice.
