asian sesame chicken
This recipe doesn't require much preperation and is healthy and yet delicious. I like to use boneless chicken breast, but you can use whatever parts you favor.The photo displayed with directions is with chicken and seperately with slices of ham which is equally as good if you don't care for chicken, as my mother, so I often times adjust a chicken recipe to suit her.

Ingredients
- 1 package chicken
- 1/2 medium green bell pepper
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper
- 1/2 medium orange bell pepper
- 1/2 medium yellow bell pepper
- 1/2-3/4 bottle low fat asian sesame salad dressing
- 1 small can chunk pineapple (drained)
- 1 small can mandarin oranges (drained)
- to taste pinch salt & pepper
How To Make asian sesame chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 350° and foil a baking pan

Step 2Wash and season raw meat, chop bell peppers

Step 3Put chicken in baking pan and pour Asian sesame salad dressing over the chicken and add pineapple, then cover with foil

Step 4Bake approximately 35 minutes, basting occasionally

Step 5Remove from oven, add bell peppers and mandarin orange, cover and continue baking an additional 10-15 minutes

Step 6Serve with steamed jasmine rice
