Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil, i used canola
- 1 pound bonelss, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup frozen broccoli florets
- 1 cup frozen sliced carrots
- 1 cup noodles, i used no-yolk "egg" noodles
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, i used reduced fat
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
How To Make 1 skillet chicken noodle

Step 1Heat oil in lg deep skillet, over medium heat. Cook chicken in skillet until browned. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Step 2Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 8 mins. Stir, simmer additional 5 mins, or until noodles are tender.
