Reminds me of homemade chicken soup. An easy 1-skillet dish to make for those quick supper nights.

  • 1 Tbsp
    oil, i used canola
  • 1 lb
    bonelss, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 c
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c
    frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 c
    frozen sliced carrots
  • 1 c
    noodles, i used no-yolk "egg" noodles
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 can(s)
    condensed cream of chicken soup, i used reduced fat
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    each, salt and pepper

How to Make 1 skillet chicken noodle


  1. Heat oil in lg deep skillet, over medium heat. Cook chicken in skillet until browned. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 8 mins. Stir, simmer additional 5 mins, or until noodles are tender.
