Ingredients

  • 4
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1
    red bell pepper, diced
  • 1
    green bell pepper, diced
  • 4
    scallions, sliced
  • 1 can(s)
    water chestnuts, drained
  • 2
    celery stalks, sliced
  • 1/4 c
    light sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    light mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    cooking sherry
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 c
    crushed regular potato chips
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Old fashioned chicken casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 400. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine all ingredients, except chips and 1/2 cup cheese. Mix well.
  2. Soopn into casserole dish. Top w/ chips and 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 20-30 mins, or until hot and bubbly.
