Ingredients
- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1 - red bell pepper, diced
- 1 - green bell pepper, diced
- 4 - scallions, sliced
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
- 2 - celery stalks, sliced
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon cooking sherry
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 cups crushed regular potato chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make old fashioned chicken casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine all ingredients, except chips and 1/2 cup cheese. Mix well.

Step 2Soopn into casserole dish. Top w/ chips and 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 20-30 mins, or until hot and bubbly.
