This is a quick and delicious dinner. It can be served on top of mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta.I don't know where the name came from, but that's how we call this dish at home. My kids also call this steak casserole.

Ingredients

2 lb
round steak, cut into 1/2 by 3 inch strips
1 can(s)
mushrooms
1
chopped onion
2 stick
celery ribs, chopped

bell pepper,green or orange,cut to thin 2 inch strips
1/4 c
soy sauce
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1/2 c
beef broth
olive oil for fry beef

Step-By-Step

1Brown steak on oil. Arrange in a casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over fried meat.
2Bake 1 hour at 350 F, covered.
