This is a quick and delicious dinner. It can be served on top of mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta.I don't know where the name came from, but that's how we call this dish at home. My kids also call this steak casserole.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds round steak, cut into 1/2 by 3 inch strips
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 - chopped onion
  • 2 sticks celery ribs, chopped
  • 1 - bell pepper,green or orange,cut to thin 2 inch strips
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • - olive oil for fry beef

How To Make mandarin beef casserole

  • Step 1
    Brown steak on oil. Arrange in a casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over fried meat.
  • Step 2
    Bake 1 hour at 350 F, covered.
