Ingredients

  • 1 - 4pd boneless chuck roast
  • 6 ounces bloody mary mix
  • 3/4 cup red wine (your favorite)
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 ounces dry onion soup mix
  • 9 small onions
  • 3 medium carrots, cut 1-in slice
  • 1 stalk celery, 1 inch slices

How To Make smackdown bloody mary pot roast

  • Step 1
    Place a 22 by 18 inch piece of aluminum foil in an ungreased 13 inch by 9 inch by 2 inch pan. Place beef in pan, add bloody mary mix and wine. Sprinkle with flor, pepper and onion soup mix. Arrange vegetables around beef,Fold foil over, and seal. preheat oven to 350f place pan in oven bake for 2 hours. cool slightly serve with a dinner roll and chocolate pudding on side
