SLOW COOKER SAUCY SWISS STEAK

1/4 ckraft zesty italian dressing
1 lbboneless beef steak, cut into 4 pieces
1/4 ctomato paste
1 can(s)(14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cbeef broth
1green pepper, chopped
1 smallonion, chopped
2 chot mashed potatoes
1/2 cshredded swiss cheese
How to Make SLOW COOKER SAUCY SWISS STEAK
- In a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat, heat dressing. Meanwhile, coat meat with flour; gently shake off excess. Add meat to skillet; cook 3 minutes on each side or until evenly browned on both sides. Remove from heat.
- Combine tomato paste, tomatoes, and broth in the slow cooker. Add meat, peppers and onions; cover with lid. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH for 4 hours).
- Serve over mashed potatoes and top with cheese if desired.
