  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • 15 oz
    can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 medium
    onion, diced
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground oregano
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper

How to Make Simple No Bean Chili


  1. Brown ground beef in medium pot till crumbled and cooked through.
    Drain off the excess fat.
  2. Add onion and garlic cooking till translucent.
  3. Pour in tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and cayenne.
  4. Cover and simmer on low for 2 to 3 hours. Stirring once in a while to prevent scorching.
  5. Enjoy any way you like, on polenta, hot dogs, in a bowl with cheese and chips, oh just let your creativity go wild.
