Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 clove
garlic, chopped
15 oz
can tomato sauce
1/2 medium
onion, diced
1 tsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
ground cumin
1/2 tsp
ground oregano
1/2 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
cayenne pepper

How to Make Simple No Bean Chili

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown ground beef in medium pot till crumbled and cooked through.
    Drain off the excess fat.
  • 2Add onion and garlic cooking till translucent.
  • 3Pour in tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and cayenne.
  • 4Cover and simmer on low for 2 to 3 hours. Stirring once in a while to prevent scorching.
  • 5Enjoy any way you like, on polenta, hot dogs, in a bowl with cheese and chips, oh just let your creativity go wild.
