Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 15 ounces can tomato sauce
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
How To Make simple no bean chili

Step 1Brown ground beef in medium pot till crumbled and cooked through. Drain off the excess fat.

Step 2Add onion and garlic cooking till translucent.

Step 3Pour in tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and cayenne.

Step 4Cover and simmer on low for 2 to 3 hours. Stirring once in a while to prevent scorching.

Step 5Enjoy any way you like, on polenta, hot dogs, in a bowl with cheese and chips, oh just let your creativity go wild.
