Makes 4-6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 - layer potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 - layer of carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 - layer onions, sliced
- 4 - celery ribs, sliced
- 1 - can pras, drained
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, browned
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make seven layer supper

Step 1Layer into buttered casserole in order given the first 5 ingredients. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Brown ground beef, place on top vegetables in casserole. Cover with tomato sauce in which brown sugar and oregano have been added. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes, or until tender. Makes 4-6 servings.
