Ingredients

layer potatoes, peeled and sliced
1
layer of carrots, peeled and sliced
1
layer onions, sliced
4
celery ribs, sliced
1
can pras, drained
1 1/2 lb
ground beef, browned
1 can(s)
tomato soup
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
1/2 tsp
oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Layer into buttered casserole in order given the first 5 ingredients. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Brown ground beef, place on top vegetables in casserole. Cover with tomato sauce in which brown sugar and oregano have been added. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes, or until tender. Makes 4-6 servings.
