Ingredients
- 1&1 / 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into small pieces
- 1 medium orange, zest and juice reserved
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 - green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 / 2 cups tamari
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 package 9 oz frozen green giant broccoli cuts
- 1 can 8oz water chestnuts
- 3 cups cooked wild rice

Step 1In a large skillet sauté sirloin and zest in oil.

Step 2Stir in onions, garlic and ginger, cook for 2 minutes.

Step 3Mix tamari and cornstarch together, simmer on medium low heat 5-6 minutes. Add remaining ingredients to skillet , don't forget the orange juice, heat through and serve hot.
