orange, zest and juice reserved
1 Tbsp
sesame oil

green onions, thinly sliced
2 clove
garlic, minced
1 Tbsp
ginger, minced

tamari
2 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 pkg
9 oz frozen green giant broccoli cuts
1 can(s)
8oz water chestnuts
3 c
cooked wild rice

How to Make Orange Beef, Iris

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large skillet sauté sirloin and zest in oil.
  • 2Stir in onions, garlic and ginger, cook for 2 minutes.
  • 3Mix tamari and cornstarch together, simmer on medium low heat 5-6 minutes. Add remaining ingredients to skillet , don't forget the orange juice, heat through and serve hot.
