My family loves chili especially on a cold day. This chili recipe is very delicious and easy to make. In my opinion the chili is best served over Fritos corn chips! Hmm!

- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef chuck
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cans rotel original diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1 can chili beans in sauce
- 1 can kidney beans in sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 package chili seasoning mix
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make home-style chili

Step 1Brown beef in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to break up meat; drain fat. Add onions, pepper and salt; and stir until onion is tender.

Step 2Stir in rotel with juice, beans with sauce, water and seasoning mix; simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice or corn chip; sprinkle with cheese.
