Ingredients
- 2 pounds stew beef
- 2 large onions, diced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon mixed dried herbs (thyme, marjoram, rosemary)
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 large carrots, diced
- 4 - potatoes, diced
- 1 can peeled tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 bottle dry red wine
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make german goulash

Step 1Heat olive oil in a pan. Add meat and roast until brown.

Step 2Add onion and cook until transparent.

Step 3Add carrots, potatoes, and herbs and stir for a few minutes.

Step 4Add red wine, tomatoes and the spices and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Add some water if necessary. Serve with dumplings or noodles.
