Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 pound german sausage - ground
- 1 pound veal - ground
- 1 pound sour kraut - your own homemade or store bought
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices smoked bacon - cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1/2 pound extra sharp cheddar cheese - grated
- 1 tablespoon course sea salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 4 to 6 - hard rolls - your choice

Step 1Place the beef, sausage, veal, worcestershire sauce, sea salt, pepper, and allspice in a large bowl and carefully combine till mixed. Set aside for 10 minutes.

Step 2Place sour kraut in a skillet and warm through, add the crumbled bacon, and cheese and combine till mixed together.

Step 3Divide the beef, sausage, and veal into mounds of 4 or 6 depending on how many you are feeding. Next divide each mound in half, Take 1 to 2 tablespoons of kraut/cheese mixture and place on the half patty. Take the other half and cover the kraut/cheese mixture encasing completely.

Step 4Form a Burger 1 inch thick and do this with the other mounds of meat. Cook burgers in a hot skillet for 8 minutes each side turning only once.

Step 5Once cooked place on a hard roll and serve with a napkin. ENJOY!!!!!
