How to Make Fireman Bob's Fire House Burger # 1 " Big Blue "
- Take half of the ground beef and place 1 to 2 tablespoons of the blue cheese mixture in the middle of the beef, take the other half of beef and place on top making a patty with the blue cheese mixture in the middle. Making a 1 inch patty.
When all the burgers are made, place on a plate and allow to set for 10 minutes.
- When the grill is ready ( Hot ) You can place the burgers on the grill.
Cook the burgers on the grill for 8 minutes each and only flipping the burger once...
Flipping over and over will " dry " out the burger and you will lose the juices...
COOK each side for 8 minutes for Medium...
Cooking more or less to your taste for " doneness "
