enchiladas
This is my late friend Stephanie's recipe. I think of her every time I make these. My kids love these! you can make these mild or Spicy and add sour cream

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 can refried beans
- 1 cup cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 - flour tortillas
- 1 can red enchilada sauce
- 10 slices cheese
How To Make enchiladas

Step 1Brown ground beef and add Enchilada sauce (you can use mild or spicy)

Step 2Fry tortillas (one at a time) til they start to bubble

Step 3Add one tablespoon of refried beans on tortilla. then spoon on beef. add cheese and wrap tortillas and put in baking pan (do this till all enchiladas are made)**I added Pictures on how to wrap**

Step 4Pour the rest of the enchilada sauce over the wrapped enchiladas. Add cheese and bake till cheese is melted
