This is my late friend Stephanie's recipe. I think of her every time I make these. My kids love these! you can make these mild or Spicy and add sour cream

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 can(s)
    refried beans
  • 1 cup c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10
    flour tortillas
  • 1 can(s)
    red enchilada sauce
  • 10 slice
    cheese

How to Make Enchiladas

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground beef and add Enchilada sauce (you can use mild or spicy)
  2. Fry tortillas (one at a time) til they start to bubble
  3. Add one tablespoon of refried beans on tortilla. then spoon on beef. add cheese and wrap tortillas and put in baking pan (do this till all enchiladas are made)**I added Pictures on how to wrap**
  4. Pour the rest of the enchilada sauce over the wrapped enchiladas. Add cheese and bake till cheese is melted
