Recipe by Caron Warner and Joyce Arbogast, friends of the family. We love these cabbage rolls. I remembered having these growing up and requested the recipe when I moved into my own home.

Ingredients
- 1 - large head of cabbage
- 1 quart green beans, drained
- 14 ounces beef
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1 - onion, diced
- - salt, pepper, chili powder
How To Make diet cabbage rolls

Step 1Boil cabbage leaves 2 minutes. Mix beans, beef and onion together into a ball - - - Adding salt, pepper and chili powder to taste.

Step 2Wrap in cabbage leaves and cook in tomato juice for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.

Step 3Note: can make small or large depending on size of your cabbage leaves.
