Recipe by Caron Warner and Joyce Arbogast, friends of the family. We love these cabbage rolls. I remembered having these growing up and requested the recipe when I moved into my own home.

Ingredients

large head of cabbage
1 qt
green beans, drained
14 oz
beef
2 c
tomato juice

onion, diced
salt, pepper, chili powder

How to Make Diet Cabbage Rolls

Step-by-Step

  • 1Boil cabbage leaves 2 minutes. Mix beans, beef and onion together into a ball - - - Adding salt, pepper and chili powder to taste.
  • 2Wrap in cabbage leaves and cook in tomato juice for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
  • 3Note: can make small or large depending on size of your cabbage leaves.
