Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef - sirloin or flank
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chinese 5 spice powder
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
How To Make chinese five spice crusted beef

Step 1Mix the five-spice powder with the salt in a small bowl. Gently rub the beef all over with the mixture.

Step 2Cook the meat in a cast iron pan, under the broiler or on the grill to desired doneness.

Step 3Allow to rest 5 minutes. Slice thinly & serve.
