How to Make Chinese Five Spice Crusted Beef


  1. Mix the five-spice powder with the salt in a small bowl. Gently rub the beef all over with the mixture.
  2. Cook the meat in a cast iron pan, under the broiler or on the grill to desired doneness.
  3. Allow to rest 5 minutes. Slice thinly & serve.
