My aunt usually makes her own meatballs and freezes them for later use, but I bought some already made meatballs and used her quick recipe for this.

Ingredients

  • 24
    frozen ready made meatballs
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • 1/8 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1/2 c
    light sour cream
  • ·
    fresh parsley for garnish

How to Make Aunties quick and easy swedeish meatballs

Step-by-Step

  1. In lg skillet, over medium heat, combine meatballs, soup, milk and nutmeg.
  2. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover, simmer 15 mins. Stir in sour cream. Cover, cook 2 mins. Sprinkle w/ parsley.
