My aunt usually makes her own meatballs and freezes them for later use, but I bought some already made meatballs and used her quick recipe for this.

  • 24 - frozen ready made meatballs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • - fresh parsley for garnish

How To Make aunties quick and easy swedeish meatballs

  • Step 1
    In lg skillet, over medium heat, combine meatballs, soup, milk and nutmeg.
  • Step 2
    Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover, simmer 15 mins. Stir in sour cream. Cover, cook 2 mins. Sprinkle w/ parsley.
