Now that my kids are grown we often get together and talk about all the fun memories we had and their friends had making these fun and tasty lunch and dinner time pizza sticks. We would often have the music playing, and take turns creating different ways of putting these flavorful pizza sticks together. My kids shared with me how they often invite their friends and kids even now, over on weekends or anytime. We are hoping you all enjoy them too:-)

  • 1 can(s)
    (13.8-oz.) refrigerated prepared pizza crust
  • 6 slice
    prosciutto or thin sliced cooked ham
  • 6 slice
    cooked bacon
  • 16
    sticks, mozzarella string cheese
  • 1/3 c
    cooked pork sausage, crumbled
  • 1 jar(s)
    (14-oz.) pizza sauce
  • 4 slice
    (1/4-inch thick) cooked onions , cutting each slice halfway to form onion ribbon strips
  • 8 slice
    cooked green bell peppers, cut ¼-inch lengthwise strips
  • 2/3 c
    ranch dipping sauce
  • 2/3 c
    honey mustard dipping sauce



  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray the bottom of a large size baking sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. Unroll pizza crust and press the dough out to form a 17 x 12-inch rectangle. Cut pizza dough rectangle into 16 even smaller size rectangles.
  2. Place one slice each of prosciutto and bacon, at a time, and wrap each one of the slices around 12 individual mozzarella cheese sticks. Lay each wrapped cheese stick onto the center of each 12 individual pizza dough rectangles. Place the remaining 4 mozzarella cheese sticks onto the center of each of the remaining 4 pizza dough rectangles and sprinkle with a small spoonful of crumbled sausage. Drizzle a small spoonful for pizza sauce over the top of each prepared pizza dough rectangle and place 1 or 2 strips of the onion and peppers strips over each separately. Moisten edges. Fold sides to center and seal to enclose each prepared pizza dough rectangle completely. Place prepared stuffed pizza sticks an inch apart, onto prepared greased baking sheet pan.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove and serve 2 stuffed pizza sticks each onto 6 to 8 individual serving plates, along with a serving of pizza sauce, ranch and honey mustard dipping sauce alongside of each. Serve immediately.
