I love these little veggie pizzas as a snack or light lunch.

whole wheat english muffin, split
prego heart healthy pasta sauce
reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
diced red bell pepper
sliced ripe black olives
sliced basil leaves
How To Make
Heat oven to 400. Place english muffins, cut-side up on a baking sheet. Spread pasta sauce on both muffins, equally, to the edges.
Sprinkle muffins w/ cheese, red bell pepper and olives. Bake until cheese is melted and bread is crispy, about 10-15 mins. Sprinkle w/ fresh basil.
