I love these little veggie pizzas as a snack or light lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 - whole wheat english muffin, split
  • 2 tablespoons prego heart healthy pasta sauce
  • 4 tablespoons reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons diced red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sliced ripe black olives
  • 1 tablespoon sliced basil leaves

How To Make quick & healthy veggie pizzas for 2

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 400. Place english muffins, cut-side up on a baking sheet. Spread pasta sauce on both muffins, equally, to the edges.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle muffins w/ cheese, red bell pepper and olives. Bake until cheese is melted and bread is crispy, about 10-15 mins. Sprinkle w/ fresh basil.
