- 1 - whole wheat english muffin, split
- 2 tablespoons prego heart healthy pasta sauce
- 4 tablespoons reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons diced red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons sliced ripe black olives
- 1 tablespoon sliced basil leaves
How To Make quick & healthy veggie pizzas for 2

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Place english muffins, cut-side up on a baking sheet. Spread pasta sauce on both muffins, equally, to the edges.

Step 2Sprinkle muffins w/ cheese, red bell pepper and olives. Bake until cheese is melted and bread is crispy, about 10-15 mins. Sprinkle w/ fresh basil.
