whole wheat english muffin, split
2 Tbsp
prego heart healthy pasta sauce
4 Tbsp
reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp
diced red bell pepper
2 Tbsp
sliced ripe black olives
1 Tbsp
sliced basil leaves

How to Make Quick & healthy veggie pizzas for 2

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 400. Place english muffins, cut-side up on a baking sheet. Spread pasta sauce on both muffins, equally, to the edges.
  • 2Sprinkle muffins w/ cheese, red bell pepper and olives. Bake until cheese is melted and bread is crispy, about 10-15 mins. Sprinkle w/ fresh basil.
