This was on a Birds Eye site that I copied and made. It's easy to make and because i made it w/ whole wheat pizza dough, it's even healthier:)

Ingredients

  • 1 - 12 oz bag birds eye steamfresh broccoli and cauliflower
  • 1 cup favorite pizza sauce
  • 1 - 2 oz can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 - boboli whole wheat pizza crust
  • 10 slices turkey pepperoni
  • 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese

How To Make light and easy veggie pizza

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 450. Cook veggies as directed on pkg. Cut up larger pieces of broccoli and cauliflower.
  • Step 2
    Spread pizza sauce on crust. Top w/ veggies, black olives, pepperoni and cheese.
  • Step 3
    Place pizza on lg baking sheet. Bake 8-10 mins, or until golden brown.
