Ingredients
- 2 cups carrots, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cans 15oz vegetable broth
- 2 cans 15oz italian diced tomatoes
- 1 can 15oz cannelloni beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 teaspoons basil, dry
- 10 ounces refrigerated cheese ravioli
How To Make italian cheese ravioli stew

Step 1Heat oil. Cook carrots and onion for 5 minutes.

Step 2Add the rest of the ingredients, except ravioli. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Step 3Return to boil. Add ravioli, and cook additional 7-9 minutes or per ravioli package instructions. Serve with Parmesan and garlic toast.
