Quick and delicious!! A very easy antipasto:)

Ingredients

  • 1 - italian bread (1 loaf)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 - red onion
  • 1/2 pound diced tomatoes
  • - salt and pepper (to taste)
  • - oregano, rresh (to taste)

How To Make bruschetta

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice bread in pieces about ½ inch. Rub each slice with garlic and brush with olive oil. Place slices in a baking pan and toast until golden, 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Separately, mix in a bowl ½ lb diced tomato, ½ small red onion, 2 tbsp of olive oil, oregano salt and pepper. Place this topping over the bread, drizzle with remaining oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
