basil, parm, and pepper foccacia bread
This is a basic bread machine Foccacia recipe that I have enhanced, so delicious! This bread is great for grilled cheese sandwiches or panni's too!

Ingredients
- THIS IS A BREAD MACHINE RECIPE
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon basil, dried, crushed
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, fat-free
- 1 cup water, warm
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- TOPPING
- - garlic infused olive oil
- - medley pepper flakes
How To Make basil, parm, and pepper foccacia bread

Step 1Place water and olive oil in bread machine pan, add dry ingredients (except pepper flakes and infused olive oil). Place on DOUGH CYCLE.

Step 2Meanwhile place about 1/2 c of olive oil in small saucepan with several cloves of garlic, heat on low till garlic starts turning brown, DO NOT BURN.

Step 3Once dough has risen, brush some olive oil in the bottom of an 11x13 baking pan, and spread dough out in pan. Brush top with garlic infused olive oil and sprinkle the "Peppercorn medley" of pepper on top. Let rise till about double in height, bake 400 degrees for 20 min.
