Ingredients
- 2 cups roma tomatoes peeled/chopped
- 2 cups vine tomatoes peeled/chopped
- 1/2 cup basil chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons salted sweet cream butter
- 2 cups vegetable juice
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make tomato basil cream soup

Step 1In a saucepan combine tomatoes, juice, and stock. Simmer for 30 mins and add basil.

Step 2Use a hand-held blender in the saucepan to blend.

Step 3Add cream and butter. Stirring over low heat until butter is melted. Remove from heat.

Step 4Ladle soup into your favorite bowl. Garnish with basil and serve.
