Tomato Basil Cream Soup
2 croma tomatoes peeled/chopped
2 cvine tomatoes peeled/chopped
1/2 cbasil chopped
1 cheavy cream
2 Tbspsalted sweet cream butter
2 cvegetable juice
2 cvegetable stock
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Tomato Basil Cream Soup
- In a saucepan combine tomatoes, juice, and stock. Simmer for 30 mins and add basil.
- Use a hand-held blender in the saucepan to blend.
- Add cream and butter. Stirring over low heat until butter is melted. Remove from heat.
- Ladle soup into your favorite bowl. Garnish with basil and serve.
