This has no "recipe" as such,something I always had on hand at the office! One of our members , Sherri loves it and asked me to post it, so here goes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    string beans
  • 1 can(s)
    tuna, packed in water
  • 1 small
    red onion, chopped fine
  • 1-2
    fresh summer tomatoes chopped. or in winter,
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato wedges,drained
  • dash(es)
    red wine vinegar and olive oil
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Stringbeans Tomatoes and Tuna Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Drain string beans dump every thing together stir together and serve room temperature or chilled. Add salt & pepper to taste you may use salmon instead of tuna. Or no fish at all.
