How to Make Tilapia Coated w Almond Flour


  1. Preheat oven at 400
    Mix Almond flour, garlic powder, chili powder
  2. Rub filets with olive oil; rub with dijon mustard; coat with almond mixture; put on parchment paper lined cooking sheet; bake 15 mins or until fish flakes easily.
