How to Make Super Simple Sunday Salmon Supper
- Turn on broiler. While it is heating, spray a baking sheet with cooking spray or lay down a Silpat mat. Combine all ingredients except for fish in a bowl.
- Arrange fish onto the baking sheet and sprinkle with half of the seasoning mixture. Broil 6 minutes.
- Remove fish from under Broiler and flip the fillets. Sprinkle the remaining seasoning mixture on the other side of the fish then replace under broiler and broil 6 to 8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. ( internal temperature should be 140 degrees)
