Use a large ice cream scoop for dinner portions or a mini ice cream scoop for appetizers portion. These sound odd but really are YUMMY!!!

tuna in spring water
1 pkg
chicken flavored stuffing mix
1 c
bagged shredded coleslaw mix
1/2 c
shredded carrots
1/3 c
mayonnaise, light
2 Tbsp
pickle relish, sweet
3/4 c
cold water

How to Make Stuffed Tuna Patties


  • 1Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • 2Remove from fridge and using a large ice cream scoop, scoop up mixture and drop gently into a preheat (med heat) nonstick skillet. Gently flatten tuna patty.
  • 3Cook for 3 minutes on each side. Gently turn. Serv while hot with coleslaw, potato salad, mini corn on the cob!
