Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna in spring water
- 1 package chicken flavored stuffing mix
- 1 cup bagged shredded coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise, light
- 2 tablespoons pickle relish, sweet
- 3/4 cup cold water
How To Make stuffed tuna patties

Step 1Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2Remove from fridge and using a large ice cream scoop, scoop up mixture and drop gently into a preheat (med heat) nonstick skillet. Gently flatten tuna patty.

Step 3Cook for 3 minutes on each side. Gently turn. Serv while hot with coleslaw, potato salad, mini corn on the cob!
