2 can(s)tuna in spring water
1 pkgchicken flavored stuffing mix
1 cbagged shredded coleslaw mix
1/2 cshredded carrots
1/3 cmayonnaise, light
2 Tbsppickle relish, sweet
3/4 ccold water
How to Make Stuffed Tuna Patties
- Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Remove from fridge and using a large ice cream scoop, scoop up mixture and drop gently into a preheat (med heat) nonstick skillet. Gently flatten tuna patty.
- Cook for 3 minutes on each side. Gently turn. Serv while hot with coleslaw, potato salad, mini corn on the cob!
