Ingredients
- 1 pound cod, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon broth
- 2 cups stir fry mix
- 3 tablespoons minced pickled garlic
- 1 can chopped tomatoes (15 oz)
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 can green chiles
How To Make stovetop spicy cod

Step 1Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Sprinkle Cod chunks with lime juice and set aside.

Step 2Add broth to Skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add stir fry mix and garlic and cook, stirring frequently until vegetables are softened. Add cayenne and stir. .

Step 3Stir in cod, tomatoes and chiles. Bring to a boil on high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 4-5 minutes.

Step 4Serve over quinoa, rice or couscous.
