Stovetop Spicy Cod

1 lbcod, cut into chunks
2 Tbsplime juice
2 cstir fry mix
3 Tbspminced pickled garlic
1 can(s)chopped tomatoes (15 oz)
1 tspcayenne pepper
1 can(s)green chiles
How to Make Stovetop Spicy Cod
- Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Sprinkle Cod chunks with lime juice and set aside.
- Add broth to Skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add stir fry mix and garlic and cook, stirring frequently until vegetables are softened. Add cayenne and stir. .
- Stir in cod, tomatoes and chiles. Bring to a boil on high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 4-5 minutes.
- Serve over quinoa, rice or couscous.
