lavash bread *4 slices*
8 oz
philadelphia cream cheese. softened
zest of lemon
4 pinch
crushed red pepper
4 Tbsp
green onion, sliced thin
1 medium
shallot, sliced thin
cherry tomatoes, sliced thin
2 tsp
8 oz
lox slices
4 oz
spinach leaves

How to Make Spice of Life Lox Pinwheels


  • 1Combine cream cheese, lemon zest and crushed red pepper in a small mixing bowl. Mix well and spread on all 4 slices of bread.
  • 2On 2/3 of the bread, assemble green onion, shallot, tomatoes, capers, lox and spinach leaves.
  • 3With veggies and lox side closet to you, start to roll. Roll tightly. Seal the end. Roll in plastic wrap. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes or longer.
  • 4Slice into 1 1/4 inch pieces with a serrated knife. Enjoy!
