shrimp kabobs
(1 RATING)
Thses were inspired by a WW recipe, but I added 5 additional ingredients and changed the herb from basil to parsley. It was originaly called Buttery Shrimp and Eggplant Kabobs. I just grilled the shrimp, no veggies.

How To Make shrimp kabobs
-
Step 1Peel and devein shrimp and put in a shallow plate, I like to use a glass pie plate.
-
Step 2Combine everything else in a bowl, stir to combine and pour over shrimp. Let marinate overnight oif possible, longer is better.
-
Step 3Put the shrimp on 4 skewrs and grill on high for 3 to 5 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and firm. Do not over cook. I use my stove top grill for this. An outside grill would work fine as well.
