seasoned tilapia fillets
This is a wonderful recipe I found in a popular cooking magazine back in 2009, I have made some small changes to fit our tastes. The spices are always on hand and this recipe is so easy. I can leave this recipe out and ask my husband to make it when I'm on my way home from work and dinner is on the table when I get home. This is healthy and simple easy to double or triple.
