Seasoned Tilapia Fillets
The spices are always on hand and this recipe is so easy. I can leave this recipe out and ask my husband to make it when I'm on my way home from work and dinner is on the table when I get home.
This is healthy and simple easy to double or triple.
2(6oz.) tilapia fillets
1 tspsteak seasoning, (i use mccormick's montreal steak seasoning)
1/2 tspdried parsely flakes
1/8 tsponion powder
1/8 tspkosher or sea salt salt
1/8 tspcoursely ground pepper
How to Make Seasoned Tilapia Fillets
- Place fillets in a greased 11-in.x7-in. baking dish. Brush with mayonnaise. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fillets.
