Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup basil leaves
- 3/4 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon green onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 teaspoon sea salt and pepper
- sunflower seeds and dill
How To Make salmon with sunflower-dill pesto sauce

Step 1Preheat the oven to 320°F temp.

Step 2Blend sunflower seeds, dill, basil leaves, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil in a blender until a smooth and creamy Pesto.

Step 3Season the skin of Salmon fillet with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heated the oil in a frying pan. Sear the salmon for 3 minutes on each side.

Step 4Cook the salmon in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.

Step 5Serve the salmon with the pesto sauce on top. Garnish with few sunflower seeds and dill over the top and enjoy.
