3/4 csunflower seeds

How To Make salmon with sunflower-dill pesto sauce

1Preheat the oven to 320°F temp.

2Blend sunflower seeds, dill, basil leaves, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil in a blender until a smooth and creamy Pesto.

3Season the skin of Salmon fillet with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heated the oil in a frying pan. Sear the salmon for 3 minutes on each side.

4Cook the salmon in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.

5Serve the salmon with the pesto sauce on top. Garnish with few sunflower seeds and dill over the top and enjoy.
