How To Make salmon with butter lemon dill sauce
-
1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Get out a rimmed cookie sheet. Mix coriander and salt.
-
2Debone fish. Sprinkle the coriander mixture evenly over the flesh side of the fish. Set aside.
-
3Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Melt butter or ghee.
-
4Place filets skin side down in the pan. Cook for 3 minutes.
-
5Flip. Cook for 3 minutes more.
-
6Place filets in the rimmed cookie sheet and put into the preheated oven for 10 - 12 minutes.
-
7To make the dill sauce, combine bone broth, heaving whipping cream, sour cream, and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk and set aside.
-
8Using the same pan you used for the fish, melt the butter over medium-high heat. I tend to simply wipe it clean with a paper towel.
-
9Add garlic paste and cook for about one minute, until fragrant.
-
10Turn down the heat to medium-low. Add cream mixture using a whisk to stir.
-
11Add dill. Stir over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low.
-
12Add lemon and whisk.
-
13Remove fish from oven and place in the pan, skin side down. Spoon butter dill sauce over each filet. Cook an additional 2 minutes continuing to spoon sauce over the top. Remove from heat and plate.
