Ingredients
- 1 can red salon
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup green peppers chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon cormeal
- 2 cups soft bread crumbs
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 1 - onion minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon shortening
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
How To Make salmon loaf

Step 1drain and debone fish, flake fish with a fork mix all ingredients together then press into a greased shallow baking dish.

Step 2bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
