Ingredients For pink sammie patties

  • 14 3/4 oz
    can of pink salmon, drained -skin and bones remover
  • 3/4 c
    seasoned italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped red onion
  • 3 Tbsp
    mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 lg
    eggs, beaten
  • juice sm
    fresh lemon squeezed
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp
    canola oil, for frying

How To Make pink sammie patties

    Drain and flake the salmon in a medium bowl. Combine all ingredients,except canola oil; blend well.

    Divide mixture into 4 parts(mixture will be moist). In a large skillet heat the canola oil and cook over medium heat until both sides are golden brown and heated through-turning once.
