panko crusted, lemon pepper swai
We used Swai, but you could do this with any mild white fish that you enjoy. My favorites for this are swai, haddock and cod.

Ingredients For panko crusted, lemon pepper swai

4swai fillets, thawed

2 cpanko bread crumbs

1 call purpose flour
-
3 lgegg whites, beaten

1 tspold bay seasoning
-
1 tsplemon pepper
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
canola oil for frying
-
lemon slices (optional)

fresh chopped parsley (optional)

How To Make panko crusted, lemon pepper swai

1Heat oil in large, deep skillet over medium high heat.

2While oil is heating, pat fish dry and sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.

3Mix together salt, lemon pepper and old bay seasoning with panko crumbs.

4Dredge fish in flour, then dip in egg whites and roll in panko mixture.

5Fry in oil until browned and cooked through. About six minutes per side.

6Garnish with a lemon slice and some fresh parsley if desired and serve with a good tarter sauce.
