Miracle Salmon Loaf

Martha Price

I got this recipe from a 26-year-old issue of 'The Workbasket' magazine. I don't know the particular reason the original submitter named it 'Miracle' Salmon Loaf, but I have made it and can attest that it is quite good, - flavorful and moist. Very easy to throw together, too! I hope you enjoy it as well.
*Tastes best with fresh cooked salmon, but canned salmon is a fine substitute.
