Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups cooked lobster meat, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, finely minced
- 3 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons baby chives, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 24 - bakery dinner rolls, split on top & toasted
How To Make mini lobster rolls

Step 1In a mixing bowl, mix together lobster, mayonnaise, celery, parsley, chives, salt, mustard, old bay, garlic powder and cayenne. Cover and set aside in refrigerate.

Step 2Split dinner roll on top, resembling a classic lobster roll bun, and place under broiler for a minute or two, to lightly toast.

Step 3Melt butter, and brush inside each roll.

Step 4Place a tablespoon and a half of the lobster filling in each roll. Serve immediately and watch them disappear as quickly as you made them! Enjoy!
