How to Make Mildly spicy catfish fillets
- 1In shallow bowl, mix cornmeal, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. In another bowl, beat eggs w/ milk.
- 2Dip each fillet into milk mix, then press into cormeal mix, coating both sides. Heat oil in lgg skillet over med-high heat. Pan fry fillets until golden brown and fish flakes easily w/ fork.
