Back to eating Salmon again, thought so I thought I would combine my favorite ingredients and see how it turned out. It was AWESOME!!!

    salmon, skinless filet, wild alaskan
  • ·
    mrs. dash origianl blend
  • 2 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1
    tomato, sliced & roasted
  • 1
    jalapeno, fresh, chopped
  • ·
    cilantro, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    thai chile sauce

How to Make Mexican Thai Salmon


  1. Mix mayo and Thai chile sauce together, serve on the side.
  2. Roast tomato slices and jalapeno.
  3. In the same skillet after the tomatoes and jalapeno are cooked, place seasoned salmon in and cook 3-4 min. on each sides.
  4. Place salmon on bed of cilantro, top with roasted tomatoes and jalapeno.
