Back to eating Salmon again, thought so I thought I would combine my favorite ingredients and see how it turned out. It was AWESOME!!!

Ingredients
- 1 - salmon, skinless filet, wild alaskan
- - mrs. dash origianl blend
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 - tomato, sliced & roasted
- 1 - jalapeno, fresh, chopped
- - cilantro, fresh
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1 teaspoon thai chile sauce
How To Make mexican thai salmon

Step 1Mix mayo and Thai chile sauce together, serve on the side.

Step 2Roast tomato slices and jalapeno.

Step 3In the same skillet after the tomatoes and jalapeno are cooked, place seasoned salmon in and cook 3-4 min. on each sides.

Step 4Place salmon on bed of cilantro, top with roasted tomatoes and jalapeno.
